20 Pull ups ( couldn't do any more regular pull ups so I did negatives)

I'm not really tired the way I have been after other cross fit workouts but both my arms and thighs are completely dead, I was definitely at muscle failure at the end of the work out.

The lack of tired might be an easier workout, or it could be because you've been sticking to your plan. Your body has been working out continuously and your recovery should become faster.
It's neither of those. But good try ;-)
Basses and I are proud of your motivation Mighty Jew. It is something we have actually discussed. It's inspiring to see the way you turned things around and are diving into this full force. Keep up the good work.
